We are looking for a skilled and creative Multimedia Editor/Videographer to join the Chinese Media Group. In this role, you will lead the filming and editing of video/audio content for our Young Audience platforms.

The Job

•  Work closely with the team to generate creative content and video/podcast concepts
• Contribute to full content production process including conceptualisation, storyboarding, scheduling, filming and post-editing
• Think creatively to edit and assemble final visual/audio creative materials; ensures consistency and quality of the final content
•  Able to review and identify locations, setups and necessary lightings to create content
• Set up and tear down cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones and props

• Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia/Video Production or equivalent
• Specialised in filming and video/audio editing
•  At least two years of relevant experience
•  Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premier Pro and After Effects
• Good visualisation skills and willingness to bring innovative elements into videos and podcasts. Having a sense of humour will be an advantage
• Have an above average grasp of the Chinese language and comfortable to be working in a Chinese-speaking environment
• Keen interest in the latest trends
• Interest in creating entertaining and informative content for young adults
• Can work both independently and in a team to meet deadlines
