Process Guest check in and check out including luggage assistance and transportation arrangement
Telephone handling
Takes ownership of problems and handle first level of Guest’s compliant from a start to an end
Perform Night Audit duties
Perform Cashiering duties
Rapport building with in-house Guests.
Be familiar with the Property product knowledge
Must be ready to answer and queries with regards to the Property
Attend to Site Inspection for any walk in enquires
Adhere to Cooliv Policy and Procedure
Work closely with other departments to achieve Guest’s satisfaction rate
Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
Able to perform job rotating shift
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant experience in hotels and/or service apartment
Positive attitude
Good Public Relations Skills
Concierge knowledge
Able to multi task
Experiences in Night Audit will be an advantage
